The process

How the work goes

Every job runs in a set order. Pick one to see the steps.

  1. Sand

Scuff the old finish so new paint can grip.

  2. Prime

Fill low spots and seal bare metal.

  3. Mask

Tape and paper cover what stays untouched.

  4. Spray

Base color goes on in even, wet coats.

  5. Clear

Clearcoat adds depth and protects the color.

  6. Buff

A final polish brings out the gloss.

  1. Estimate

We look over the damage, go over the quote, and sort out the insurance claim if there is one.

  2. Tear down

Damaged parts come off so any hidden damage shows up before work starts.

  3. Repair

Panels are straightened and dents pulled. Parts that can't be saved are replaced. We send photo updates as it goes.

  4. Prep

Filler, sanding and primer get the surface ready for paint.

  5. Paint

Color is matched, sprayed and clearcoated to blend with the rest of the car.

  6. Reassemble

Parts go back on, the car gets a final check, and you pick it up.

  1. Plan

Pick the star pattern for the roof and the colors and zones for ambient lighting.

  2. Remove

Trim panels and the headliner come out so we can work on them.

  3. Lay out

Star positions are marked and fiber strands are fed through the headliner.

  4. Route

Light strips and wiring run along the dash, doors and footwells, hidden behind trim.

  5. Test

Everything connects to a controller and gets tested before the car goes back together.

  6. Reinstall

The headliner and trim go back in, and we show you how to control the lights.

  1. Plan

Choose the lights you want: underglow, rock lights, aftermarket headlights, and the colors and controls for each.

  2. Inspect

We check the car and decide where the lights, wiring and power will go.

  3. Remove

Bumpers, wheel liners or headlight housings come off where needed to get at the mounting points.

  4. Mount

Underglow strips and rock light pods are fixed in place, and new headlights are fitted in the housings.

  5. Wire

Wiring is routed out of sight, sealed against water, and tied into power and the controller.

  6. Test

Every light is tested and adjusted, headlights are aimed, and we show you how to use the controls.

  1. Plan

Pick which panels get film: a full car, the front end, or just the high-impact areas.

  2. Wash

A deep wash and decontamination so no dirt gets trapped under the film.

  3. Correct

Paint flaws are polished out first, because the film locks in whatever is under it.

  4. Cut

Film is cut to fit each panel, either from a pattern or trimmed by hand on the car.

  5. Apply

The film is laid on with a slip solution and squeegeed flat, then stretched and wrapped around edges.

  6. Cure

Edges are sealed and the film is inspected. We go over how to care for it and how long to wait before washing.

  1. Choose

Pick the shade and film for each window, keeping local tint rules in mind.

  2. Clean

Glass is scrubbed inside and out so no dust or hair gets under the film.

  3. Cut

Film is cut to the shape of each window.

  4. Shape

Curved glass gets heat-shrunk so the film lies flat with no creases.

  5. Apply

The film goes on with a slip solution and is squeegeed out so the water and air are pushed to the edges.

  6. Cure

We check every window and tell you how long to keep them up while the film dries.

  1. Tell us

Tell us what you want: stickers printed to take with you, or a decal put on your car.

  2. Design

Bring your own artwork or we help build it, and you see a proof before anything prints.

  3. Choose

Pick the size, colors and material that fit where it will go.

  4. Print

Your design is printed and laminated for sun and weather.

  5. Cut

Each sticker or decal is cut out and the extra vinyl is removed.

  6. Apply or pick up

Stickers are ready for pickup. Decals for your car go on clean and flat, lined up and smoothed out.

  1. Design

Pick the color and finish, and plan where the vinyl goes.

  2. Clean

A deep wash and prep so the vinyl bonds cleanly to the surface.

  3. Strip down

Handles, lights and trim come off where needed for clean edges.

  4. Apply

Vinyl goes on panel by panel and is heated to follow the curves.

  5. Trim

Edges are cut, tucked and sealed with heat.

  6. Final check

We inspect every panel and go over how to care for the wrap.
